Inclement Weather Policy

When the Clark County School District cancels school or has a late start due to inclement weather, Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation will open at 8 a.m. If the weather is severe, WCCPR will assess the situation and  post opening/closing plans on Facebook.

This  policy allows our staff to travel during daylight, limits driving in dangerous conditions, and prioritizes everyone's safety.

Thank you for your understanding.
